Our team has expe­ri­enced suc­cess from the start, win­ning the Rookie Inspi­ra­tion Award at both Port­land and Sacra­mento Region­als in 2004. We endeavor to con­tinue our his­tory of suc­cess by train­ing new stu­dents each year to con­tinue the legacy of Team 1425.

2010

The 2010 FIRST sea­son was not our best year in com­pe­ti­tion, but we learned a great deal. We real­ized that we needed to spend more time on design and analy­sis in order to avoid hav­ing to rebuild com­po­nents. Our short­com­ings moti­vated us to take a more com­pre­hen­sive look at FIRST objec­tives and com­pe­ti­tion, design and build strate­gies, and become more inten­tional about embrac­ing some of the non-technical aspects of FIRST. While we weren’t awarded any tro­phies that year, it has greatly influ­enced who we are today, in a very pos­i­tive way.
